THDC is Oregon and Southwest Washington’s only nationally competitive springboard and platform diving team. We provide instruction for people of all ages and ability levels, from 5-85, complete beginner to National Champion.
Our program has been shaping lives for almost thirty years. Diving shapes both the mind and the body. The mind learns about commitment, perseverance, goal setting, dealing with fear, and overcoming the impossible. The body becomes flexible, strong, and develops superior body control and balance.

As a bonus, most of our elite divers are invited to attend and compete for our nation’s finest Universities. Some of the schools our divers have gone to in the last ten years are The University of Southern California, The University of Arizona, UNLV, University of Wisconsin, Kansas University, The University of Texas at Austin, The University of Minnesota, The University of Alabama, The University of North Carolina, Penn State University, Brown, and Harvard.
